PRODUCT STRUCTURE
DLC (Dye-Liquid Crystal) smart film adopts a multilayer laminated structure. The core layer consists of specially dyed liquid crystal material, which enables switching between light gray transparency and deep black opacity. This layer is sandwiched between two transparent conductive films (ITO), then sealed between protective PET layers. The entire structure is precisely laminated using high-performance adhesive, ensuring stability, uniform optical performance, and durability. DLC smart film is designed for smart shading and privacy applications, offering gradual dimming, UV protection, and efficient solar control.
